They say that they are subscribed but do not show up in the menu nor the mod folder. 14 Sep 2019 Steam Workshop is not downloading or not installing my mods for The mod name appears in the "mods" section during CK2 startup but is not Find the mod on the CKII Steam Workshop; Click with a red background (which does not reflect download progress !). Never install mods in Steam directory (ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Crusader Kings II\mod), as mod would not be properly loaded.
